Little Miss Program – Miss Clovis ~ Miss City of Fresno ~ Miss Fresno County

The mission of the Little Miss Clovis program is to mentor young girls ages 6-12. This program is a non-competitive, mentorship program supporting the Miss Clovis, Miss City of Fresno, and Miss Fresno County Scholarship Program. Our Little Misses will meet and practice alongside our Miss and Teen titleholders, and learn the 5 points of the crown, make new friendships, gain confidence, and attain several fun and valuable life skills. Little Misses will perform a special dance number on the night of the Miss Clovis competition and will have their crowning moment on stage.

Little Misses must live in the cities of Clovis or Fresno.
Little Misses cannot be older than 12 years of age or older by the time our pageant is held (they would be eligible for our teen program).

Curriculum – Throughout the year, our Little Misses will:

Learn the meaning of the 5 points of the crown
Focus on Service with our Miss and Teen titleholders by participating in two community service projects
Focus on Scholarship by learning interview and public speaking tips
Focus on Style by learning etiquette and what it means to be a role model
Focus on Success by learning what it means to have balance and be a well-rounded person and friend
Focus on Sisterhood by interacting with new friends to help with confidence

Example of events:

Parades, bonding activity with the Titleholders, community service activities

Registration in the program includes:

Official Sash and Tiara from the Miss America organization
Photo in the Miss Clovis, City of Fresno, & Fresno County competition program book
Rehearsals and participation on-stage in the Little Misses opening number, on-stage question, and crowning at our next local competition
One general admission parent ticket at our next local competition (additional tickets may be purchased via our ticket link)
Special community service events throughout the year with our Misses and Teens. Example: Welcoming the Central Valley Honor Flight, Beautify Fresno

Rehearsal schedule and What to Wear

Rehearsals are scheduled September 28th to October 19th – 1pm to 2pm – Fresno, California

Cost

The cost is $225 per Little Miss. This program is restricted to the first 10 Little Misses with a paid registration. A parent orientation via ZOOM will be scheduled before any required registration fees are due.
